How do I return an item?

Are you not happy with your item or have you received the wrong item? Please complete the return of the goods using our form.

  • If possible, use the return form and fill it out. Select the item that you want to return and follow the further instructions
  • After receiving the form, we will contact you to coordinate the collection with yoU
  • Pack the item carefully and enclose a copy of the invoice
  • After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase price

I received the wrong product. Now what?

Our apologies! If the packaging is unopened, unused, and undamaged, returns are on us. Please contact us in advance at info@dermatude-shop.nl and mention your order number. List the items to be returned on the return form.

What do I do if an item is damaged?

Your item was not delivered properly? We are very sorry. We pack every order carefully. Unfortunately, we cannot always prevent transport damage. We recommend that you follow the steps below so that we can quickly find a solution for you. The steps outlined are only recommendations and you do not need to follow them. If you do not follow our recommendations, there will be no legal disadvantages for you. But it goes faster if you follow the recommendation:

  1. Always unpack the goods upon receipt and check them for external transport damage.
  2. In case of damage, please send us a photo of it.
  3. Always accept the delivered goods (please do not refuse acceptance or return them).
  4. Use the return form, select the item you want to return and follow the instructions.

After receiving the form, we will contact you to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. If necessary, we will send replacement goods quickly and free of charge through the next steps if you want to return an item. You need the e-mail address saved when you placed your order and your order number.

Please note: Filling out the return form is not required to cancel the order.
