Order & Delivery

We deliver to all EU & NON-EU countries (excluding Germany, Finland, Slovenia, USA, and Hong Kong).

What are the shipping costs?

We charge for national order (orders to the Netherlands) €7,65 per order. From a purchase value of €49, shipping is FREE. 

We charge for international order (orders to EU countries) €30,00 per order. For all orders above €149,- shipping is FREE

If you are in a NON NON-EU country; we are requiring your order to be a minimum of € 150,-  & we charge a flat rate for shipping of €40,- for ALL orders.

How will my order be delivered?

We send packages via PostNL. As soon as the delivery is dispatched, you will receive one shipping confirmation with tracking number.

When will my order be delivered?

For national orders (Netherlands) Orders placed before 2 P.M. on working days will be shipped the same day. Delivery time may take 1-2 business days and consider that it may take around 3-5 business days (in total) to be delivered to you, from the day you order to the day it arrives.

For international orders: the shipping time may take 1-2 business days, and consider that it may take around 3-5 business days (in total) to be delivered to you, from the day you order to the day it arrives
UK BREXIT update: due to the new customs import procedures severe delays with UK deliveries can occur. Unfortunately we cannot influence this.
